Experts agree that the research results of this project have solved the key problems of reactive power and voltage control in the current tens of millions of kilowatt wind power gathering system, including the detection of dynamic reactive power compensation device under full operation conditions and overall equipment performance, and the development and application of the lean analysis and evaluation system of reactive power and voltage in the wind power gathering system. It fills the gaps in technology at home and abroad, and the research results of the project reach the international leading level.
With the rapid development of wind power and large-scale centralized access in China, reactive power and voltage stability has increasingly become a key factor restricting wind power absorption capacity. Hebei Wind Power Base is one of the "tens of millions of kilowatt wind power bases" planned by the state. The project "Research and Application of Reactive Power and Voltage Control Technology for 10 MW Wind Power Collection System" has realized the closed-loop control for the whole process of wind power collection system for the first time. Luo Wei, Ministry of State Grid and Northern Hebei Electric Power Development Planning, who participated in the development of the project, said that in the early planning aspect, the project proposed for the first time the reactive power allocation principle of the 10-million-kilowatt wind power collection system worldwide, which has guiding significance for the reactive power allocation of large wind power bases. In the mid-term grid-connected detection, a comprehensive testing technology of wind farm dynamic reactive power compensation device is proposed, which fills the gap of domestic and foreign technology and can ensure the optimal performance of reactive power compensation equipment. In the latter stage of operation monitoring, the lean analysis and evaluation system of reactive power and voltage of wind power gathering system can directly evaluate the operation status of wind power through data extraction.
This project has completely independent intellectual property rights. Through scientific pre-planning, high-performance equipment and real-time monitoring and analysis of operation status, it can effectively guarantee the safe and reliable operation of the 10-million-kilowatt wind power collection system, enhance the capacity of new energy grid-connected absorption, and improve the safe operation level of power grid.
